Dear HUDDERSFIELD & DISTRICT CORONARY SUPPORT GROUP,

PatientView is approaching your organisation, as experts on patients’ views of cardiac care, to ask if you would like to post onto your website details about the following survey of patients on two cardiac care procedures, or circulate the study’s link to your patient members. The results of the published results of the survey (expected end-2010) will be sent to all patient organisations that have taken part in the study.
