What is Heartline?

Huddersfield Heartline was formed in 1990 as a voluntary group of coronary patients, so that we, our spouses and the wider families could share experiences, and to help and encourage each other to resume living fuller, better and as far as possible, normal lives.

Heartline welcomes new members as well as continuing to serve the established members.

We are also committed to supporting those taking preventative measures to prevent Coronary Heart Disease.

We continue to add to our activities, as we learn from members what they want and we discover what is appropriate.  You will find details of some of the activities we offer by scanning the pages of this leaflet. An important event is the monthly meeting, full details contained in our Newsletter.
